Toski, Schaefer & Co., P.C. is a firm of Certified Public Accountants headquartered in Williamsville, New York with professional staff located in Albany, Syracuse, and Rochester, New York.  The Firm was founded in 1980 by Ronald C. Toski and Kenneth J. Schaefer.  Ron and Ken previously had ten years of experience together with KPMG, LLP, a "Big Four" accounting firm.  The Firm is comprised of approximately 70 full-time individuals, 30 of which are Certified Public Accountants.

Toski, Schaefer & Co., P.C. provides a full range of services to many different industries, including nonprofit and governmental organizations and privately-owned companies. In addition, our practice includes providing auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Peer reviews, which are performed every three years, are required of all CPA firms and are conducted in accordance with rules issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Our Firm successfully completed a recent peer review of its accounting and auditing practice.  This review determined that the Firm complies with the stringent quality control standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the SEC Practice Section of the AICPA Division of CPA Firms.  Our Firm received the highest rating possible with no letter of comments being required in each of its last seven peer reviews.  According to the peer review team, less than one percent of the firms in the nation achieve this level of excellence.  (See Peer Review Report.)
