Kenneth J. Schaefer
     Director

Mr. Schaefer has over 39 years of public accounting experience.  He currently functions as a director of the Firm.  Prior to the formation of Toski, Schaefer & Co., P.C., he was employed in the Buffalo office of KPMG, LLP for ten years.  He functioned as an audit manager responsible for providing auditing and accounting services for nonprofit and commercial organizations.

Mr. Schaefer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College in 1970.  He was licensed in New York State as a Certified Public Accountant in 1973.

Mr. Schaefer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
